Game Old west shootem up

You're the sheriff of a small town in the far west and you'll dueling with one of the most dangerous outlaws of all time. Whatever you do always come out losing, if desenfundas faster than your opponent and you kill him you take away the golden plate Sheriff, but if you are the slowest of the two will preserve your star but your enemy will hit a couple of shots and you lose lifetime. It's up to you.
